Has anyone read the Beautiful Creatures series?
My best friend loved the series. It's one of the few books she's recommended to me rather than me her. I read the first book before the film and enjoyed it but I haven't read any of the others yet.
Dangerous Creatures publishes today. It's the story of siren Ridley and Link. Link, Ethan's best friend was one of my favourite characters so I might have to give this book a whirl some time!
Anyone else planning to read it?

I bought Beautiful Creatures last year In America (for only £1!!!) but haven't heard good things from my friends that have read it! I'm still determined to give it a try but I have a massive to-read list  |

The book is perfectly fine. The film is basically a film with the same name, that's where the similarities end. I enjoyed the book but not enough to continue the series at The time. Riley and Link are great characters though!

I loved the series I thought that they written gorgeously, I loved the vivid descriptions of the South. I'm yet to read Beautiful Redemption though, which is the final book. I agree that the film was quite different, but I still liked it!
